Hog Roast Tarporley has been taking Christmas bookings for a few months now, and Caroline is one of the most recent clients to have called us to start the ball rolling on her festive feast. After a tough year, the client explained how much she was looking forward to spending time with her loved ones this December and that she wanted to treat them to an extra special meal.
She needn’t have said more – our gorgeous turkey spread speaks for itself! After being roasted over a low flame for several hours, the beautifully seasoned, free-range bird is carved up and served with cranberry sauce on a bed of homemade sage and onion stuffing with seasonal sides of cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, a vegetable medley and potatoes roasted in garlic and rosemary. To round off the savoury banquet, Hog Roast Tarporley includes a dessert option of freshly-baked mince pies with traditional brandy butter.
