Hog Roast Frodsham at Charlotte and Steve’s wedding!

Chef Ross was the latest team member at Hog Roast Frodsham to be part of a brilliant event. Clients Charlotte and Steve were very excited when they contacted the team to book the catering for their event, which was their wedding reception.

The two loved up clients were happy to work with the Hog Roast Frodsham team to put together a delicious menu and bespoke catering package for their wedding reception. As part of the catering package they put together with help from the team, the 25 guests were provided the use of Hog Roast Frodsham’s finest china crockery and cutlery.

Hog Roast FrodshamExperienced Chef Ross arrived at the Church Hall venue several hours before the 5:30pm serving time, which meant that he had plenty of time to set up the cooking equipment, gazebo and lights just outside the Hall. Every dish was made from scratch by Chef Ross and would be ready in time for the guests to serve themselves their meal once the photos had been taken following the wedding ceremony.

The buffet was delicious and hot, and there was plenty for the guests to enjoy. There was meaty treats such as 100% beef BBQ burgers and Chefs own gourmet sausage. These treats could be enjoyed with BBQ pulled jackfruit, Chefs choice of 3 fresh and flavoursome salads and a platter of soft wraps of grilled vegetable and halloumi wraps. Finishing off the buffet was a big platter of skin on potato wedges, and an assortment of soft rolls and wraps.

The buffet was very popular with the beautifully dressed and very smiley guests. Clients Charlotte and Steve were thrilled, and everything went off without a hitch.

Once the buffet had been enjoyed Chef Ross quietly tidied away. All the waste and rubbish from the buffet was gathered and taken away by Ross and disposed of by the Hog Roast Frodsham team.

The event was a great success and the Clients were very pleased with the buffet that Chef Ross had made for them and their guests! It was a job well done.
