A Perfect Menu Of Pigs In Buns

Our trusty Hog Roast Deeside experts are all well-versed in providing a taste sensation with our sumptuous hog roast centrepieces but did you know that we can provide so much more if needed, too? Even though traditional hog roasts are our forte, which we have perfected over many years of being in business, we have always truly understood that our customers sometimes need alternatives and/or additional options in order to satisfy their guests, and we want to ensure that everyone you invite gets to enjoy tasty, homemade food, regardless of personal tastes, dietary requirements or appetite.

Hog Roast DeesideIf you’d prefer us to serve spit-roasted or barbecued meat, or perhaps one of our specialty menus, like our stunning Southern Slow Roast or our luscious Loaded Fries, we can easily do that instead of or even as well as a Hog Roast Deeside hog roast, so all of your carnivore guests will be wowed on the day of your party or event. If anyone you’re inviting is on a special diet, like vegan or gluten-free, we can impress with delicious alternative dishes, so just let us know your needs when you book and we’ll help you to choose from a wide array of possibilities. Plus if you need extra food, like hot or cold starters, canapés, sides or desserts, we’re sure you’ll be happy with our many different options to suit everyone.

Despite us offering so much, oftentimes, Hog Roast Deeside customers will ask us for a simple albeit highly tasty main of a hog roast made into our gorgeous pigs in buns, which is what we named hog roast rolls. For a private party that we catered over the previous weekend, our long-term customer asked for just that, having enjoyed them in the past several times already.

On the day of the informal get-together, held at our customer’s home, our team prepared a fresh, locally-sourced hog in the garden and then set it cooking slowly for several hours. A long time later, once we had sliced rolls and dished up our own homemade apple sauce and stuffing, it was finally time to carve off the crackling and slice away the meat, and then satisfy everyone’s hunger.
