Hog Roast Altrincham Catering For A 70th Birthday Party For Twins

This year, twins Jean and Sheila were turning 70 and so their family helped them to put together a joint birthday party to celebrate the occasion. They hosted the party at Jean’s house and Jean’s son, Martin, helped to decorate the place and bring in lots of wine and beer for the party guests. Martin’s work friends suggested Hog Roast Altrincham as they had recently used the team at one of their birthday parties and were delighted with the service they provided.

The party was to be hosted in the afternoon and run through to early evening so the Hog Roast Altrincham team arrived in plenty of time and set up outside, readying their meat and side dishes to be freshly cooked for all of Jean and Sheila’s close friends and family. As the guests began to arrive, an amazing atmosphere was created as everyone socialises and opened up bottles of wine. The Hog Roast team served up the buffet, the components of which Jean and Sheila had selected from the wide range of food offered by the team. They chose Menu Two, the Southern Slow Roast, as it offered a huge variety of different meats for all the guests to enjoy. The pair chose the Cajun spiced whole roast chickens, Creole pulled quarter of spiced lamb and the Texan 24 hour beef brisket. The meats were perfectly cooked and went down a treat with the guests as they were served in bread rolls which complimented the casual atmosphere.

Alongside the main meats, the Hog Roast Altrincham team served a Greek salad, corn cobbettes, mac and cheese and their classic Cajun spiced sweet potato wedges. A vegetarian option was also served which consisted of grilled vegetable and halloumi wraps which were served with a Tzatziki sauce. To their delight, many of Jean and Sheila’s guests told them how much they enjoyed the food and the Hog Roast Altrincham team were all over the moon to receive such great compliments from the guests. Jean and Sheila had a fantastic time and could not think of a better way than to spend their birthdays with each other and their family and friends.
