Hog Roast Crosby’s latest event was a magical wedding party, and the team were very excited to be part of the event! The clients, or rather the very happy very loving couple, were determined that their guests would have a fun and hearty menu to enjoy during the event, which is why they immediately turned to Hog Roast Crosby. The team were number one of the client’s list as the caterers for their post wedding celebration.
When the clients hired Hog Roast Crosby to cater their wedding party it was booked by Cath. There was set to be a guest list of 35 very happy and very hungry guests at the private garden venue, and the clients wanted only the best for their guests. The team’s Catering Manager Paul from Hog Roast Crosby promised them just that, he was experienced and friendly and had the skills to make the buffet the clients’ had dreamed of.
As part of the catering package paid for by the clients, the team at Hog Roast Crosby provided lots of high quality napkins, disposable paper plates and strong plastic cutlery for the guests to use during the event. All of the dishes were made fresh on site in the hours after the cooking equipment was set up at the venue. By 4:30 Catering Manager Paul had the entire buffet ready to be enjoyed by the guests.
The serving table was piled high with lots of truly tasty treats! There was a Classic Hog Roast with crispy crackling, stuffing, apple sauce and a mountain-load of soft gluten free rolls. Also on offer at the buffet table was grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers and BBQ pulled jackfruit, the latter being a very tempting vegan choice for the guests to enjoy!
The wedding party was a great success. The guests and clients were delighted that the party went so smoothly. The buffet was a highlight that everyone enjoyed, and as Paul left the party after his work was done he was very pleased with the service he had delivered.
