Doing a hog roast in Aintree the wonderful picture perfect village and we have been serving the community and beyond for the past ten years February started off really slow then it was one booking after another! Hog roast Aintree’s first booking for February was for a Anniversary the couple had been married for fifty years and it was really sweet, the couple were lovely and had both enjoyed hog roasting food on their travels many moons ago, so we had a lot to prove that we could do it just as well! Hog roast hire Aintree set to work and really impressed with our glorious pig it looked sensational cooking slowly and the crackling had the guests asking for more. The couple particularly enjoyed the turkey and they were amazed at how juicy the meat tasted as like most of us who haven’t tasted hog roasted turkey before it is well known for being rather dry. Hog roast Aintree also did a rather large party just last weekend for Engagement and they were a fun bunch of people! 
The guests were fascinated to see the pig roast and quite a few pictures of the pig were taken that day! We tried out our new recipe apple sauce and it went down really well, we had been perfecting the recipe and we had been lucky enough to get a fantastic new supplier who specialise in apples so Hog roast hire Aintree were keen to use these new apples and they have made such a difference the sauce as previously we thought it a tad bitter now it tastes really sweet and fresh and the perfect accompaniment to the pig. At the end of the month we are looking forward to a Wedding and we do love Weddings! We are putting on a real show and the Bride and Groom have requested the full package two pigs, chicken, lamb seasonal vegetables, salad in fact everything we do they want! We absolutely love a challenge and we know this will be a great day and night! We are working flat out for the whole wedding and we have had to call in extra staff we are doing the day time lunch and a buffet for the evening the food we are taking with s is unbelievable we have been doing a stock check this last week and there really is no expense spared on this party! Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day we have a small gathering for a newly Engaged couple the girl knows nothing about this and it will be a surprise, we are taking our equipment down to the sea front and we are hoping the weather is kind! We are cooking a romantic meal for the couple and to be honest no job is to big or small for us each job we see as a challenge and always do our very best to make sure our events are the best. And we like to show off all our talents to all.
