Merry Christmas MBA Group – Hog Roast Speke!

Hog Roast Speke want to wish MBA Group Ltd a very Merry Christmas! Head chef Kerry and her charming assistant Paul served the MBA Group Ltd in Warrington last Friday which the friendly Colin organised. 

Colin had organised Hog Roast Speke’s delicious, American-styled menu as a festive treat for the 80 workers at this site. Head chef Kerry loves serving this menu as it caters for everybody with lots of choice! The tailored menu for the MBA Group was to be served from midday on the workers lunch hour. 

Hog Roast AppletonWith this mouth-watering menu, you don’t just get one meat but a choice of 3! Hog Roast Speke had BBQ pork butt, Cajun-spiced chicken and minted lamb on offer. The BBQ pulled pork gets marinated for 8 hours before being slowly roasted over 12 hours to give it tender and melt-in-the-mouth consistency. The Cajun-spiced lamb also gets marinated for 8 hours before being cooked, the chicken comes out juicy with just the right amount of spice-kick to tingle the tastebuds. The lamb gets slowly roasted for 8 hours making the meat completely tenderised before the mint sauce is added making it even more succulent. Can’t make your mind up of which meat to go for? No problem! You can taste-test all three as Hog Roast Speke always brings plenty of food. 

To accompany the three tasty meats, the MBA Group tucked into crunchy, homemade coleslaw, a medley of seasonal vegetables, buttered corn cobettes and traditional fries which are fried on site to ensure their crispiness on the outside and fluffiness on the inside. The food was delivered with a selection of bread rolls, wraps and sauces, as well as the option for gravy. 

The food was served on Hog Roast Speke’s bamboo plates which don’t just look great, but are eco-friendly! 

As the midday served arrived, a very hungry lunch force dived in to their scrumptious festive treat with Colin praising the team for bringing such amazing food.
