Although summer may sadly be coming to an end that doesn’t mean no more BBQs and garden parties! Here at Hog Roast Sandbach we are able to cater for any type of event in any weather conditions. All we need is our trusty, fully portable hog roast machine and our reliable marquee and we are able to set up anywhere and cook in all weathers. Luckily, we had a lucky escape this weekend when we catered a late summer BBQ for Suzie who had hired us for her 30th birthday celebrations.
Suzie wanted a relaxed garden party with friends to celebrate entering her thirties and decided a Hog Roast Sandbach would be the perfect caterers as she knew from attending events of ours in the past that we can be fully flexible and alter our menus to our clients tastes. For her birthday Suzie wanted a simple Hog Roast Sandbach served with all the trimmings, so that’s our signature crispy crackling, homemade applesauce and crunchy coleslaw. She also asked us to prepare a meal for her vegan friends who would be attending, this was no problem as our experienced chef was able to whip up a delicious vegetable tart along with some marinated tofu skewers that we had been asked to prepare as they were a firm favourite of Suzie’s friend.
After everyone had arrived we got to work to serve the Hog Roast Sandbach to all of the guests. We were complimented on the quality of the food which is something we always like to hear as we take pride in only using the freshest ingredients and then cooking them to perfection. After serving, one of Suzie’s friends brought out a huge three-tiered cake and everyone joined in singing much to the embarrassment, and we are sure delight, of the birthday girl!
