Hog Roast Broughton Makes Catering For A 70th Birthday Party Look Easy

We know that planning an event can be tricky business, especially if you’ve got various dietary requirements to cater for; but no matter what the occasion, Hog Roast Broughton is here to make your life easier with our variety of bespoke catering packages which aim to suit everyone’s needs and budgets. For our most recent client who was looking to host a 70th birthday bash, discovering our team was a huge relief as it allowed them to enjoy the run-up to their special event without having to worry about buying in any of the food, sorting out the crockery and cutlery and most importantly navigating the dreaded task of cooking for a large number of people!

Hog Roast Broughton No matter if it’s 10, 100 or 1,000 guests, Hog Roast Broughton is consistent when it comes to producing the same high-quality results that our clients know and love us for; and placed in charge of handling this highly-anticipated occasion was our expert catering manager Paul. After speaking to the client and discovering that there were 25 people set to attend the special day, Paul recommended our classic hog roast menu which is one of our more popular packages as it offers something the whole family can enjoy.

While our larger pigs require a good six hours of cooking time, our smaller ones need considerably less which meant Paul and the Hog Roast Broughton crew only needed to arrive at the client’s home a few hours before the party kicked off at 5pm. After setting up the gazebo in the back garden, the team began the process of preparing the feast which meant whipping up the applesauce and Tzatziki condiments, laying out the gluten-free rolls and wraps alongside the disposable crockery and creating the vegetarian and vegan-friendly grilled vegetable skewers with optionable haloumi while the pig sizzled its way to golden perfection in our trusty Hog Master.

When the client was presented with the end result, they were so impressed and couldn’t wait to get stuck in – and sharing their enthusiasm were the guests who immediately after arriving filled their plates with a little bit of everything.
