University balls are often formal ceremonies, so we would ordinarily start with a selection of canapes, served as your guests arrive by our Hog Roast Ashton Hayes waiting team. We have an incredibly large selection of canapes, including mini fish and chips, roasted duck, pan-seared fillet of beef, mini quiche, mini pizzas and chicken satay skewers.
Once your guests are settled, we begin serving our main course. We have a dish to suit every dietary requirement or preference, and something for everyone to enjoy. Our Hog Roast Ashton Hayes slow-roasted pigs are our most popular main course, but we also offer a variety of other mains including beef burgers, chicken and lamb. Your meats will be served with bread rolls and wraps, as well as vegetable dishes and potato sides. We serve our main course buffet style, as this is the easiest way to ensure your guests get as much food as they would like- which we know is very important!
Finally, we serve a selection of desserts. Your desserts can be served tableside by our Hog Roast Ashton Hayes waiting team, or buffet style like the main course. We have a wide selection of desserts, including fresh fruit salad, cheesecake and profiteroles.
Once your guests have enjoyed their desserts we can begin clearing away our rubbish, machinery and equipment- leaving your guests to enjoy the rest of their night in style.
