We are proud to be hog roasters and prouder still to be celebrating ten years in the business! But we didn’t have time to celebrate this weekend as we had an engagement party who wanted a hog roast in Northwich to cater for, we raised a glass or two or four on Sunday and felt quite merry to say the least! Before the celebrations we had an evening event on Saturday an engagement for a charming young couple and when asked to cater a hog roast in Northwich for over one hundred people we knew we could do it with ease, with our vast knowledge and years of experience in the business we are more than capable. When catering for large volumes we like to offer a selection of different dishes to make sure every single guest is satisfied. We were asked to do an open buffet and hog roast made chicken, beef, lamb and duck when the meats were cooked they just fell apart that just shows how fresh and succulent the meats are using the highest quality machines on the market ensuring we only supply the very best food. When the cooking was complete we sliced the meat and it went so far we had dozens of huge platters of meat and we could see the guests were getting hungry, we scattered lots of plates of buns around for guests to make their own sandwiches with home made butter which is fantastic. To go with the meat sandwiches Hog roast hire made lots of batches of “potato cube dice” our latest little delicacy, which is proving to be one of our customer’s favourite dishes. They are so easy to make we chop potatoes into small cubes and then drizzle them in oil and then add lots of herbs and spices shakes them about on the tray so each cube is covered and baked for ten minutes delicious and so quick and easy, we covered the tables in salad and everyone tucked in we left the venue the way we found it and were thanked by all, Sunday as we say we raised a few glasses and toasted our success and wished our selves a very happy birthday…
