This May, Ella is organising an event at her local community centre. The event will be free for local children to attend, with lots of different activities to keep everyone occupied, including a bouncy castle, face painting, arts and crafts, and more! This will hopefully introduce lots of new families to the community centre, where they can find lots of other great groups and activities. In addition to the entertainment, Hog Roast Congleton will be serving a delicious catering menu for the occasion. Our menu needed to be suitable for guests of all ages, so our catering manager Ste suggested that our tasty BBQ menu would be perfect!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Congleton team will arrive at the community centre in the morning and set up our catering station outside. We will then get to work on preparing the main dishes, which will include succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. Additionally, we will be serving homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, sweet potato fries, corn cobettes, and a variety of seasonal salad options. Overall, this is sure to create the perfect menu for the occasion, with so many different dishes for every guest to enjoy!
