We were out enjoying the last few days of summer at the weekend at a hog roast in Budworth and in theory though we shouldn’t be calling it summer as we are in fact in autumn. Not that you would ever think it as it really does still feel like the height of summer and we really cannot complain. In our village to cater for a birthday and a 21st birthday so a special one at that and we wanted to make the day extra special and hope it all goes well. When we arrived we got chatting to the young girl a really nice girl she was too a young girl with a worldly-wise head on her shoulders we all thought. A well travelled young lady and lots of life experience and she could tell us a thing or two! Hog roast made the meal and it looked amazing and we couldn’t wait for the guests to eat it and soon they were all seated and waiting to be served. The guests said it was the nicest food they had ever tasted and they all tucked into it and really enjoyed the food. After everyone ate we cleared away we are passionate about keeping the place clean and tidy and always leave the venue the way we found it and sometimes better than the way we found it. There was a live band playing and the music was so good and it had us all tapping away. The girl said she was going away travelling again and she wanted to know all about hog roasting so our hog roast Budworth chef was there to fill her in with the details as he loves to do that and talk about his specialist subject and why not he is an exceptional good cook! The girl said she wanted to try hog roasting her self so we suggested that she hire a machine and give it a go and we said we would help if she had any problems and we would guide her all the way, we love nothing more than seeing new hog roasters come up through the ranks and it gives us a lot of pleasure known we have been there to help.
