Hog Roast Northwich knows that there is no better way to boost team morale than with a delicious meal shared with your colleagues, creating memorable company. That’s what we set out to achieve on October 9th at ASM Technologies Limited in Northwich.
At lunchtime, their team swapped their desks for a plate, to enjoy our popular gourmet BBQ menu, served up by our Hog Roast Northwich team. We transformed their company courtyard into an outdoor dining space and our team were ready to cater for 67 hungry staff members.
We served up BBQ favourites such as burgers, sausages, thai chicken kebabs and BBQ spare ribs, which were all sizzling away on the grill as the guests lined up to create their perfect plate. The signature BBQ smell had guests eager to be the first in line to try all of our signature mains in this menu. As ever, we were inclusive of all dietary needs, meaning every guest could enjoy a feast! From veggie burgers, veggie sausages, grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers to flavoursome BBQ jackfruit, our veggie and vegan guests were spoilt for choice.
If all that wasn’t enough, guests had their pick of our seasonal sides, they could pick from leafy green salad, a classic greek salad along with a helping of crispy fries to complete their plates. Everything was served with a selection of fresh bread rolls and wraps, along with our eco-friendly bamboo crockery. Small details like this kept the event tidy and stress-free.
Our catering manager Ste and the Hog Roast Northwich catering crew made sure the event ran seamlessly, providing friendly service throughout.
The whole event turned a regular lunchtime into a well deserved treat. For the staff at ASM Technologies, it gave all of their hard workers a chance to catch up and change up their usual routine.
