Here at Hog Roast Litherland, we’re proud of the great wealth of choice and variety that we offer to our customers. We truly understand the need for alternatives as well as additional food, as our customers often invite guests who need special dishes to cater for their dietary requirements, who may have guests who prefer meat other than a succulent hog roast, or who may want us to serve multiple courses, like starters, sides, desserts or even a selection of canapés. We can do all this and with big smiles on our faces, so the next time you’re looking for top-class caterers, give us a call to see exactly what we can do for you.
Regardless of the special occasion that you need us to provide fresh, homemade food for, whether it’s a milestone birthday, corporate function or your own wedding day meal (or anything else that you can think of), our dedicated chefs and catering assistants (and even waiters if you need) always go the extra mile to ensure that everyone invited gets to enjoy our gorgeous food. If you’re inviting vegans, vegetarians or gluten-free guests, for example, we’ll plan your menu with you that will include yummy alternatives. Non-pork-eating guests can relish a different spit-roasted meat instead, or we could serve one of our special menus, like our Loaded Fries or Southern Slow Roast. Both are highly popular and each gives your party something a little bit different – our Loaded Fries with fresh-cooked chips surrounded by beef or pork, slaw and cheese, or our Southern Slow Roast with your choice of three marinated meats and four sides.
Hog Roast Litherland catered a delightful, intimate wedding reception over the weekend, where we cooked up a great feast for the bride and groom and their guests. We slow-roasted a medium-sized hog for hours on end, directly at the hotel venue in the gardens outside, and served inside a large marquee tent, together with various salads, coleslaw, sweet potato wedges and mac and cheese. Everyone still had a little room for dessert near the end of service, and our chocolate torte and sticky toffee pudding were both gobbled up in no time at all!
