Ella turned 18 in January and had a wonderful party catered for by Hog Roast Dawpool. Prior to her birthday, our catering manager Byron was contacted by Ella’s parents to discuss their plans for the event. Since Ella loves to dance and sing in her free time, the party was going to have a dance floor and a DJ, as well as a photo booth for her to take pictures with her friends and family. Since the event was set to be so lively, the catering needed to be delicious and packed full of flavour to keep the guests dancing well into the night! After discussing our catering options, it was decided that our Gourmet BBQ menu was the perfect choice, since it is family friendly and includes a wide variety of dishes.
On the day of Ella’s party, the Hog Roast Dawpool team arrived at the venue in advance to freshly cook and prepare the dishes. We began with the mains, which included succulent sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. The main dishes were served with a variety of sides, including fresh bread rolls and wraps, homemade chips, and seasonal salad dishes. This made for a delicious meal and included a dish for every guest to enjoy, which kept the party going all night!
