Sarah has two children in primary school who are both in love with Halloween, so she chose to host a fancy dress party for their friends and family! The party included guests of all ages, so it was important that the catering and entertainment were both suitable. She planned to host a costume competition and party games, as well as playing lots of music. For the catering, she contacted our Hog Roast Ashton manager David to enquire about which menus would be suitable for her guest list. After discussing our options, we decided that our Gourmet BBQ menu was the perfect choice.
The party was taking place at a function room in Cheshire so we set up our catering station of Sarah began to decorate the venue. The mealtime was set for 18:00, so we arrived with plenty of time to prepare and cook our dishes beforehand. We began by organising the main course, which consisted of succulent sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ grilled spareribs. Alongside the main dishes, we also served mac and cheese, corn cobbettes, seasonal vegetables, and homemade chips.
This was the perfect menu for the occasion since it consisted of an array of dishes, with something that was perfect for every guest. The guests could create their perfect meal from what we had to offer, which meant that everyone was satisfied!
