Earlier in January, Alan from Hog Roast Frodsham was contacted to arrange catering for an upcoming 50th birthday party. Anna’s dad is turning 50 in February, and she wanted to arrange a surprise party for him, with tasty catering and great entertainment. The party is taking place at a local venue room in Cheshire, with catering served by Hog Roast Frodsham and entertainment in the form of a live band and a dancefloor. 80 guests have been invited to the party, which includes many close friends and family.
For the menu, the family have requested our Gourmet BBQ menu, since it is such a versatile menu with lots of different dishes to choose from. The main course consists of gourmet British beef burgers, succulent sausages, vegetable and halloumi skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes are served with fresh bread rolls, as well as a gluten-free alternative. For the side dishes, we will prepare crunchy coleslaw, seasonal vegetables, and homemade chips. This is a great menu with so much for the guests to enjoy and something for guests of all ages.
