Every summer, Lesley hosts a party at her home for her entire extended family to enjoy. The event sees family members travelling from across the country, including Wales and London, to meet for the party and spend the weekend together. Since everyone is so spread out, reunions like this happen only once a year, which makes this such a special event. For the last two years, Hog Roast Nantwich has been hired to cater for the occasion with a delicious BBQ menu, and we have been chosen again this year. Our catering always goes down successfully since our BBQ menu has so many dishes to choose from, with plenty for guests of all ages to enjoy.
Lesley lives on a farm, which means that she has plenty of room to host a party this large and provide rooms for guests to stay in overnight. For the catering, the Hog Roast Nantwich team will set up our catering station in the central courtyard, which will allow the guests to easily grab a plate while enjoying the party. For the menu, we will be serving succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spare ribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. Additionally, we will be serving homemade chips, sweet potato fries, corn cobettes, gourmet coleslaw, and a selection of fresh salad dishes. Our catering is sure to go down a treat as usual, and the Hog Roast Nantwich team is looking forward to being part of this event for the third year!
