Lina celebrated her 40th birthday recently and she chose to host a themed party to commemorate the occasion. The party was 80s themed, reminiscing on an era of great music, outfits and hairstyles! Our catering manager David was asked to provide a delicious menu that would be ideal for 75 guests, including several children. After discussing the family-friendly catering options that we can provide, Lina decided that our Gourmet BBQ would be great for her guests.
As the venue was being prepared for the event, our catering team got to work preparing the dishes for the BBQ. The mains are very varied, including succulent sausages, British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, BBQ spareribs, and vegetable and halloumi skewers. Alongside the mains we also prepared a selection of side dishes, including homemade chips, crunchy coleslaw, and seasonal leaves. We served the menu on bamboo crockery, with fresh bread rolls and wraps, including a gluten-free alternative. Overall, this menu is incredibly varied and includes dishes for everyone to enjoy. It is versatile and family friendly, making it perfect for an event such as this! The casual buffet catering was an ideal addition to the evening and prepared the guests for a night full of dancing and great costumes!
