With Laura’s daughter turning five this March, she is currently finalising the details for the party and ensuring that everything is ready to go ahead. This will be her daughter’s first party since she has now started at nursery and has friends to invite, as well as family. The event is set to take place at a local function room, with entertainment in the form of face painting and a party for the children. To keep the adults content, delicious catering will be served by Hog Roast Congleton, with our classic hog roast menu on offer for the duration of the party. This menu will include a few additional dishes to ensure that there is something for guests of all ages to enjoy, and plenty to go around.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Congleton team arrived at the venue with plenty of time to prepare for the 12:00pm start time. We began by slow-roasting the hog and also prepared a selection of pork and vegetarian sausages. The main dishes were all served with fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling, as well as a selection of condiments. For the sides, we served homemade chips, crunchy coleslaw, and seasonal salad dishes to create a varied and delicious lunch for guests of all ages to enjoy. Our catering was a great addition to the event and was the perfect accompaniment to the entertainment.
