The Hog Roast Northwich team had a quick break from the wedding weekend this past week as we instead came out to a home here in Northwich in the orders of Jayne, who had lovingly put together a very special birthday celebration for her husband Dale. Celebrating his 50th, Dale was treated to a visit from 60 of his friends and family who gathered to mark this exceptional milestone birthday. 50 is one of the big ones – if not the biggest – so the celebrations had to match the occasion.

Jayne knew right away that her husband Dale would simply adore a proper hog roast dining experience for his birthday. We were only too happy to be able to fulfil that wonderful wish. Chef Ste and the Hog Roast Northwich team were in the kitchens early doors to put the prep to our signature hog roast. Come the 5pm serving time, we were able to head out to site and have the roast cooking away, just about ready to be finished off and hand pulled for serving. It’s an unbeatable authentic experience to be served hot and fresh from the spit to your plate – something which was a big hit with Dale and co. Just to make the menu even better, we also had grilled sausages, grilled veg and halloumi skewers, fresh fries, and plenty of salad accompaniments to go with every roll and wrap.
