In addition to our succulent hog roasts, the ones we’re famous for both locally and further afield, we also cook a mean spit-roast, whether you’re thinking of us serving whole-roasted chickens or turkeys, or slow-cooked beef or lamb for hours on end. We’re often asked to cook barbecues too, with our chefs adding gourmet sausages and burgers that are 100% beef to the grill, and we can barbecue fish and veggie options too if needed. If you’re looking for something a bit different, our amazing Southern Slow Roast is a real winner, as you get three marinated meats and four sides, and there’s even a vegetarian option provided if needed. Whatever kind of menu you have in mind, we can do you proud.
Hog Roast Liverpool can also provide various supplementary options too, like welcome canapés, starters, desserts and sides, and when Simon asked us to cater his informal party at home with friends and family, he was happy to find this out. With sixteen people to feed, our chef could cater this by himself, with pigs in buns for all of the guests, as well as sides of sweet potato wedges, our own homemade coleslaw and a large, fresh Greek salad.
On the day of the party, Hog Roast Liverpool cooked a hog for hours on end until it was perfectly cooked, inside and out. By teatime, we had dozens of pigs in buns and all the sides ready, and it was finally time to satisfy some hunger.
