Hog Roast Cranage catered Grant’s private party at a community hall over the weekend, and after our chef and catering assistants braved the wind and the rain to set up our equipment, we cracked on with prepping and then roasting a hog from scratch in order to make our devilish pigs in buns, as well as veggie skewers for the vegetarians.
By 4pm, we had a lovely feast ready to serve, and Grant’s forty guests just couldn’t wait to dig in and they soon forgot all about the bad weather.
