Sarah gave birth to her first child during lockdown in 2020, and now has a daughter who is almost turning 2! Time has flown by, despite spending so much of her short life in and out of lockdowns and isolation periods. With COVID-19 restrictions now easing, Sarah wanted to host an amazing second birthday party for her daughter, inviting her close friends and family to join together and celebrate. For the entertainment, Sarah hired a bouncy castle for the children to enjoy, as well as buying lots of balloons and fun decorations. To ensure that there was something for guests of all ages to enjoy, she also hired Hog Roast Frodsham to cater for the event. Our catering manager Alan was tasked with providing a tasty buffet menu for the event which would be suitable for 40 guests of all ages to enjoy.
In preparation for the birthday party, Alan began to plan the menu that he is going to provide. Due to the needs of the event, it was decided that our gourmet BBQ menu was the ideal choice since it is so tasty and versatile. The main dishes include succulent sausages, juicy British beef burgers, vegetable and halloumi skewers, and marinated chicken kebabs, all served in fresh bread rolls or wraps. For the side dishes, Hog Roast Frodsham will also provide a selection of great dishes, including crunchy coleslaw, homemade chips, Caesar salad, fresh vegetables, and corn cobettes.
