Corporate Clients Can Always Trust In Hog Roast Bromborough

Evoke Creative, which first began as a small product design studio back in 2003, are now at the forefront of the interactive and digital technology field, where they are in charge of designing and manufacturing the latest self-service solutions for leading brands like McDonald’s, B&Q, Tim Hortons, Hugo Boss and even the NHS. So, when they got in touch with us to discuss menu plans for a corporate event they were organising for earlier this summer, our team here at Hog Roast Bromborough were both honoured by the opportunity and beside themselves with excitement. And that’s perhaps, putting it mildly!

Speaking with the event planner, Neil, our catering manager, David was able to suggest the most suitable menu option for the occasion, which just so happened to be our Classic Hog Roast spread. With only 50 people to feed, this dining solution was everything Neil had been looking for and more. And he was especially impressed by the fact the menu included a choice of meatless options for their veggie and vegan guests, as well as a range of tasty sides for everyone.

Hog Roast BromboroughAfter the decisions had been made and all the details settled, all there was left to do was wait for the day of the event to roll around, and when it did, Hog Roast Bromborough left for Power Station Business Park in the early hours of the morning. And though it was indeed very early, the fact it was mid-July meant the skies were already a clear blue colour, and the cool morning air was ideal for setting up the equipment and preparing the food ahead of the lunchtime feast.

Making complete use of the grill, David slow-roasted the pork, grilled the halloumi and veggie skewers, barbequed the pulled jackfruit and cooked the mixed fries, while the rest of the team chopped fresh veg for the salad, which they decorated with a juicy watermelon border, set out the cutlery, crockery and rolls, and whipped up a bowl of our famous gourmet coleslaw.

By midday, the Evoke Creative staff were queuing up to get their fill of the spread, and after their first bite, they were each singing high praises of Hog Roast Bromborough!
