Helen and her husband have a beautiful garden at their home in Cheshire, with a fire pit, a patio dining area, and a large and lush green lawn in the centre. This makes them the perfect hosts for garden parties when the weather is nice, and they are hosting their first event of the spring this April. Helen has hired Hog Roast Knutsford to cater for the occasion with one of our delicious buffet menus, which will be perfect for enjoying in the garden. Our catering manager Ste will be serving our gourmet BBQ menu, with every dish prepared and cooked on-site.
On the day of the gathering, the Hog Roast Knutsford team will get to Helen’s home in the morning and get to work on preparing the dishes. For the mains, we will be serving succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken skewers, and BBQ spare ribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the side dishes, the guests can enjoy homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, creamy mac and cheese, and a selection of fresh salad dishes. Overall, this will create an incredibly varied and tasty buffet menu, with more than enough to allow everyone to create a delicious meal from what we have to offer!
