We have built lasting relationships with local food producers in the area, and we showcase the ingredients they supply in all of the tasty freshly made food that we offer. Our drive to always do our superior ingredients justice and show them at their best is what makes us committed to preparing all of our food from scratch onsite, regardless of the amount or variety of dishes that we have been asked to provide.
During the spring and summer seasons, we have such a huge natural larder to choose from when it comes to selecting our fruit and veg, and free-range dairy products, as well locally made artisan baked goods. Of course, it should also go without saying that our pork and other meats are sourced exclusively from our ethical suppliers who produce the finest free-range meat in the UK.
Our colourful array of fresh ingredients, most of which has been grown or produced right here on our doorstep, are the foundation of all of our menus and our commitment to quality to always something that is greatly valued by our clients.
